So, your PC's not working the way you want it to and you need it fixed. At this point you have a few choices:

• You've tried to look up the problem online but what you've found is cryptic at best, and you don't have the time to figure all this out -- you just want it fixed and fixed now


• You've got a relative that claims to be good at computers, but the last time you let him over to work on your stuff you ended up with a fire


• There's that electronic chain store down the road but the last time you took it there it was there for over a month, you lost everything you saved up on it, and at the rates they charged you could've bought a new computer


• Of course, there is another option...
