JustFixIt
isn't anything new; if anything it's a continuation of older principals
that seem to have been all but lost in today's world:
- We're simple: Our prices are upfront; nothing cryptic or hidden.
- We're flexible:
We work for you, and you'll feel that: we can come to you onsite, pick
up your PC for overnight service, work with you over the phone, or
access your system online to work remotely -- whatever works best to
make things as quick and as convenient as possible.
- We're experienced:
Our techs don't just have the knowledge to resolve your issues but also
the experience to handle the various unexpected "quirks" that come with
the job.
- We're reasonable: Our
approach to business is to create repeat customers rather than to make
as much money as possible while we can. We don't charge any labor
whatsoever until the job is done to your satisfaction, and we take
circumstances into account when the bill is tallied .
- We're small:
That sounds counter-productive in a business environment where the
common line of thinking is to be as big as possible, but as a small
outfit we have more flexibility than larger chain stores. Everything
from rules to payment can from time to time be modified a bit on a case
by case basis to meet the needs of the customer being serviced. We
don't invite "haggling" but we do try to work with customers who need a
little more than what can be offered elsewhere. This is a philosophy we
intend to keep regardless of our size.
- We don't try to be something we're not:
We're technicians and consultants -- not sales people! We have no
inventory of our own and no deals with any vendors, so if and when we
suggest something it is purely to make your computing experience a more
pleasent one.
